I just finished reading The Crazy Sexy Diet by Kris Carr, and now I’m motivated to get started, trying a vegan, gluten-free diet for myself and my family.  It’s a little overwhelming to someone who doesn’t like to have limits in what she cooks and eats, but I’m determined to give it a shot! This blog serves as my daily journal to help me stay focused on the changes.
